While every art direction & prop styling project is unique, having a “recipe” for your pre-production process makes a world of a difference. Check out the behind-the-scenes perspective on how I tackle conceptualization for new photoshoot projects.

From pulling details from clients, collecting images, making moodboards & submitting renderings, this little video gives you an insider's perspective on how to be a professional prop stylist & art director.

FYI: This is my FIRST video ever! I learned quite a few things in making it, especially what to try and improve on (ie. shooting horizontally vs. vertically, having better sound, limiting redundancy...the list goes on...). Let this be a lesson that you just have to start somewhere! With practice your craft can improve over time :)

Hope you enjoy!
